Eligibility (Liverpool Only)This prize draw is open only to residents with a valid Liverpool postcode.Entrants must provide a full name and Liverpool address at checkout.The promoter may request proof of Liverpool residency at any time, including before confirming eligibility or before awarding any prize.Acceptable proof of address includes (but is not limited to): a driving licence, utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill, or any official document showing a Liverpool postcode.Entries made with an address outside the Liverpool postcode area will be cancelled and refunded.The promoter reserves the right to void any entry that cannot provide valid proof of Liverpool residency when requested..3. Entry RequirementsEntry cost: £5 per ticket.
Unlimited entries per person.
Entries are non-transferable.
The promoter may request address verification at any time..4. Draw Activation & Additional WinnersThe draw activates once 3,000 tickets have been sold.For every additional 3,000 tickets sold, an additional £3,000 winner is unlocked.Examples:
3,000 tickets = 1 winner
6,000 tickets = 2 winners
9,000 tickets = 3 winnersEach winner is drawn separately using the same random process.If 3,000 tickets have not been sold by the expected date, the draw will be delayed until the target is reached.
All valid entries remain active until the draw takes place..5. PrizeEach unlocked winner receives £3,000 cash, paid via bank transfer.
No alternative prize or cash equivalent is offered..6. How Winners Are ChosenEach valid ticket is assigned a unique number before the draw.
Winners are selected using a random generator.
Draws may be recorded or streamed for transparency..7. Winner AnnouncementWinners will be contacted using the email address provided at checkout.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.A prize will only be awarded once Liverpool residency has been verified in accordance with the Eligibility section..8. Refund PolicyRefunds will be issued if:The entrant is outside the Liverpool postcode areaThe promoter permanently cancels a drawAn accidental purchase is reported within 24 hoursRefunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method..9.
