EligibilityThis prize draw is open only to residents within Liverpool postcodes (L1–L40).Entrants must provide a full name and valid Liverpool postcode.Entries from outside the Liverpool postcode area will be refunded and cancelled..3. Entry RequirementsEntry cost: £5 per ticket.Unlimited entries per person.Entries are non-transferable.The promoter may request proof of Liverpool address if required..4. Draw Activation & Additional WinnersA minimum of 3,000 tickets sold is required to activate a £3,000 winner.For every additional 3,000 tickets sold, an additional £3,000 winner is unlocked.Examples:3,000 tickets = 1 winner6,000 tickets = 2 winners9,000 tickets = 3 winnersEach winner will be drawn separately using the same random number method.If 3,000 tickets have not been sold by the planned date, the draw will be delayed until the target is reached.All entries remain valid until the draw occurs..5.
